Id really love if the drag coefficient would play a roll in the trucks performance.
the 2nd issue ive found are that the brakes are feeling way stronger than in vanilla.
Like in the previous comment in using pedals and a wheel and i am using the sliders like its shown above. Is that how it should be im just wondering.
Dear Mr. Serial Black,
i am using your realistic physics mod for some time and it feels mostly all right.
Im driving with a fanatec wheel, wheelbase (DD2) and pedals (csl elite v2).
i found two issues i was wondering about for some time:
first of all the wind resistance issue:
it feels a little too strong especially for driving an aero truck. those truck are designed to cut through the air and having a significantly lower drag coefficient (around 0.5) then traditional trucks (around 0.8-0.9).
This metric has a significant influence on the wind resistance. Ull find a paper from 1999 behind the link above for prove.
