NPC Weapons and the addons to run them

Description

Big thanks to Mr. Pyrous for allowing me to make NPC weapons out of his pack.

Get Mr. Pryous' Tactical SWEPs >HERE< (Not required, but recommended)

These can be used by both Combine and Citizens. These weapons check to see if Combines have the animation for throwing a grenades and if so, gives them grenades to throw (Excluding Pistols)

The following guns can be found in the NPC weapon override list:

These guns are accurate when standing, but lose accuracy when running.

This gun is fairly accurate when standing, but loses accuracy when running.

----------------------------SMGs------------------------------------------------
These suffer no movement penalty however are not great on effective range.

These suffer no movement penalty however are not great on effective range.

This gun is very accurate when standing, but loses accuracy when running.

Walther 2000

M9KGasEffect 0 - to turn muzzle gas effect off, helps with performance issues.
M9KGasEffect 1 - to turn muzzle effect on.
