FOTS: All western powers available

In vanilla, the western powers support different sides.

British: Only join imperial factions
French: Only join shogunate factions
Americans: Join both sides

This mod removes the religion requirement, meaning you can get any western power no matter who you support. You will have to decline the other power's offers until the faction you want contacts you though.

Save game compatible, however keep in mind that you can still only have 1 western ally, and if you have already chosen a different one, then you will get no more offers. Also remember that each foreign power only asks twice. The first time you can defer, the second time you refuse, and they will no longer contact you.
