You need to make a recording and then Create an animation set for existing elements in order to animate the objects

In this Version of the map you cant destroy 2 places where in the tf2 and gmod version you can do that because otherwise sfm wont load the map.

I can actually imagine Team Fortress 3 being like this, at least with most props having physics and such. Too bad the source engine can't really handle it all.
