A collection of ten 1x3 parks pre-detailed to be used as back yards for buildings. Very good for people who want detail in their suburbs but are lazy. It's a good variety of yards from fancy to trashy.

help - what mod can be used to adjust the values?
I want to change not only the entertainment values but I also do not want to pay the $16 maintenance fee.

Yard 6 uses a path (DBP10 Sidewalk 4x4) from the Dutch Bike Paths pack .

Backyards are the most annoying and boring thing to make yourself so I'm glad we have a pre-made backyard for all our lazy builders, thanks!
