Pingas-Spas v1.2

This is a sound mod replacing the spas shotgun sound. It is Dr. Robotnik from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog saying pingas. By the way, I should also have the chrome shotgun "piness" sound released as well pretty soon, and also a pump shotgun sound mod. Unfortunately, I had too much trouble with the riot shotgun and none of the sounds would work (it had something to do with the riot sounds, not my pingas sound), but if I ever do get it to work, I will upload it as well and test all of my mods before making public. UPDATE 4-6-2014:It has been fixed and tested. It now works.
