Using setup from this guide you can easily complete whole project CHEER in 2/3 hours with a bit of skill and luck, maybe even less.

Before I start I want to remind you if you are doing CHEER delivery LTE you should do it on Glacio.

So first here are things that you need

• 2 Large Rovers
  
• 1 Rover Seat (Large one if on multiplayer)
  
• 1 Large Storage
  
• 1 RTG
  
• 1 Medium Soil Canister with 1 Small canister on it
  
• 1-4 Medium Storage or Medium Storage Silo (I did it with 1 Medium Storage)
  
• 1 Soil Centrifuge
  
• 1 Drill Strength 3 (preferably 3 but can be 1 and 2)
  
• 1 Paver
  
• 1 Exo Request Platform

I would also recommend you taking Rover Kit (if u don't have it make one) which is for me just
Medium Storage with

• 1 Floodlight
  
• 2 Terrain Tool Augments (boost and inhibitor for me)
  
• 2 Small Batteries
  
• 1 Small Oxygenator
  
• 1 Small Squeak horn
  
• 1 Beacon

and here is how to place those things

One thing that is important is to have Soil Centrifuge on rover with Soil Canister

To unlock everything you need 41250 bytes (without rover kit)

From resources for it (without rover kit) you need:
