Leader: Bill Clinton, 42nd President of the United States, 40th and 42nd Governor of Arkansas

UA: "The Natural State"; Unimproved forest tiles provide +1 Culture and +1 Faith.

UB: Value Superstore; Arkansas' unique building, replacing the Stock Exchange. It increases Gold output while opening slots for merchants and boosting Happiness.

UI: Diamond Mine; Adds a Diamond (Gem) Mine improvement. Only Arkansas may build it and only on inland hills. This exhausts the Worker.

love the concept but the mod seems to be a bit bugged, often times i find that the culture/faith buff from tiles is real inconsistent. Like sometimes for seemingly no reason i'll just either lose the buff, and commonly i see that the buff doesnt stack the way its supposed to, and each city will only get 1 culture and 1 faith even though its surrounded by plenty of unimproved forest tiles.
