This is a small park right where a river meets the ocean. The previous owner sold it because it wasn't making any money.

You're on a tight budget and in a tight space. The guests aren't very rich either. However it's fairly easy to satisfy them, especially with more intense rides.

The local authorities want you to keep the area clean and beautiful. They are willing to pay you if you comply.

Scenario:
• Have at least 450 guests in your park
• Have a happiness rating of at least 75%
• Have no loan debts
• Have an operating profit of at least $1,250.00
• Optional: Have a cleanliness rating of at least 95%
• Optional: Have a decoration rating of at least 95%
• Optional: Complete all non-optional goals by the end of December, Year 5
