Cessna 172 Amphibian (1:1 Scale) but with BIG floats

This is the seaplane variant of my Cessna 172 Skyhawk. It has floats and wheels that makes it an amphibious aircraft.

PILOT'S MANUAL

1. Screen ON
2. Engine ON
3. Flaps ON (for easier takeoff)
4. Throttle up to 105% and takeoff
5. Turn Flaps OFF when you are airborne
6. Throttle down to 100% for optimal fuel efficiency
