this mod now does nothing, as it gets overridden by a game/session setting for backpack despawn timer.
guess what this mod does... (untested, yeah sorry i cant wait 15 minutes to test this lol))

Having trouble retrieving your valuables after you headbutt/faceplant something far from base (speaking from experience)

this should give you more time :)

couldnt find any others that 'just' do this, so made one...

alters backpack despawn timer, should not affect other character mods as long as they also dont fiddle with that timer

The setting the mod author mentioned can be found in spacengineers-dedicated.cfg, Sandbox.sbc, and Sandbox_config.sbc:
<BackpackDespawnTimer>5</BackpackDespawnTimer>

Change the 5 to any number of minutes you like.

that setting might be in 2 places, you dont even need this mod anymore with the ability to change that setting
the file sit would be in that you need to change are the sandbox_config.sbc in the save folder, and the main spacengineers-dedicated.cfg in the folder where the logs are

backpack still despawns straight away with this mod add
