If you mean the baseline of where the gun icon sits, then unfortunately no, not really. I have no control over where the icon sits, only the profile itself, width, and to some extent the height. I keep them in proportion though so they don't look funny. But yeah as far as the X,Y coordinates, those are up to the game. You can see the vanilla icon and my icon in the screenshots above, I don't think I have any leeway up or down, so my icon pretty much fills the area.
