Attention, this guide contain spoilers. Do not read further if you don't want to be spoiled.
Dosey's Quest event
First of, you need to start a new game on the daily campaign Dosey's Quest.



If you missed this campaign you'll need to wait. Dosey's Quest should appear again someday, so check regullary the campaign list.

Update: Also make sure you are not in "Walk in the Park" difficulty
Recruit Dosey
Before that, make sure you have at least 1 charisma to be able to recruit her.


After the king finish his speech we allays hear, open the Present for the hero! box and gather all items inside.

Then talk to Dosey, she's just above the Charisma checker NPC.







She's starving and request a Nayuta Fruit. Give this item to her and then you'll have the possibility to make her join your party.


Dosey cannot fight but she can heal you during your fights.
The buddy tablets
Farther away in the adventure, Dosey will make you two Buddy Tablets. Keep them preciously.



You got it? We will use this against the Demon Lord!

The next time you'll meet him, throw the Buddy Tablets on him, no need to break his barriers.



After this, just talk to him and then the Secret Of The World achievement is completed!

these are available in shops, and a good price in the Dark Brotherhood. this is a reliable way,however.

Note guys, you don't actually have to recruit Dosey for the Buddy Tablets. They are SOMETIMES available in shops. So unless this is your last achievement, just keep poking your nose in shops even if you don't need anything.
I got mine from a green merchant that was camping out.

I made this in "Afternoon Stroll" difficulty, it seems it doesn't work in "Walk in the Park" difficulty.

I used the buddy tablet on the Demon Lord and the only thing he said was "...". I did this on the walk in the park difficulty and had two companions (dosey who did not turn to a wolf and the knight from the initial castle). What am I doing wrong?

Also, The tablets work on Dosey too, when she turns. She becomes a dog companion.

I think you may have to do it on a dificulty higher than easy, I've tagged him with buddy pills more than once (I mean on more than one run) and on one run I tagged him twice, all I got wat "..." so if you do, please tell me so I can get these darn pills out of my vault.

An other tips
Throw an holy sword in the darkness and speak with the demon lord after use a buddy tablet for recruit her and unlock the demon lord epilogue

Soz for my bad english
