Super Mario Bros Gameplay Loop

Endless Super Mario Bros Loop with optional CRT screen effect. A good example of what should not be done in Wallpaper Engine.
Click anywhere on screen to make Mario jump. Mario can collide/interact with question blocks, brick blocks and coins!
Tested on 16:9 display and it should work well on 4:3 scaling too. Widescreen is another story though :/

- Set Alignment to "Fill"
- Set Position to "50"
