"An old pic of Charmander I decided to spruce up with a lil shading, boldening the lines, as well as removing all the jpeg compression. There was LOTS of it. Loads. Like, maybe 70%, or so... I'm guessing? It was done in a seriously old paint program.

It's 18 years old, at least.

I would have done more with it, but the cold is whooping my ass, so 🤷‍♀️
It was all done on my old Stylo 4, because it's easier to cuddle under a blanket with it."
