In order to Pog you need some stuff: healthy nerves so you won't be mentally exhausted, face poser tool and ability to think logically

To do Pog follow this guide:
1.Start Garry's Mod
2.Start any 2-128 players game. DO NOT PLAY SINGLEPLAYER!
3.Spawn
4.Open console and turn off shadows in the water.
5. Spawn any ragdoll or NPC you want to make Pog. Pose ragdoll if you want to.
6. Take your Tool Gun and choose Face Poser Tool. Click on victim's face and open editing menu
7.Edit face so it looks like poggers. Here is settings I used on TF2 Medic:

9.Pog Done!

After doing this hard Pog Face posing you will be mentally exhaused, several people got depression and never left their houses. So if you want to restore your health you need to fully enjoy Pog.

Launch nuclear rockets to China and start Nuclear War. DON'T FORGET TO POG!
