Moneymaker (endurance or outclassed difficulty)
Dungeon venue (or any that you would prefer, in my opinion this fits the theme)
30s rounds
30s break
8 - 12 rounds
Be prepared to punch at full speed as often as possible during the short rounds.
Something I found very helpful as an orthodox fighter to deal with the shoulder roll in TotF relies on a combination drawing on these two variations. Jab-jab-pause-overhand.
The jabs don't need to be powerful, they do need to get the dude covering up and/or leaning back. During the pause, I shuffle forward to get my rear hand the extension needed to reach over their lead shoulder, while leaving my left hand extended to block off the most likely punch path from the opponent's power side. Then I throw my overhand with a more pronounced descending arc, in a manner very similar to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SP3ZPkeOZ4
Vega and Moneymaker really hate this.
