描述
America’s first intercity railroad was completed in early 1830. The railways carried Passenger, Freight, Mail and the forgotten Newspaper. In this scenario I added 8 new cities with Kansas City, Lexington, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Roanoke, Norfolk, Washington and Wichita. Snow is true, 1.5M in Capital, Research at 23, Scenario set Meduim. Also, two new Locomotives Allegheny and Powhatan Arrow, Late simple task list. With new twist to fulfilment and industry

Norfolk I chose a smaller city I had that issue too. I eventually moved both station down to the lowest point and then I could add all three industry, I hope this helped,

I couldn't build industry in Norfolk. It showed all the green spots but just didn't go in there

Which DLC do you need for this scenario

Anything to change? No. When I play someone else's scenario, I accept it as it is. Everyone has different tastes. Your scenario matches my taste's with one tiny exception: research. I like to set research at 50 (and legacy at 150). That's just my own personal preference.

Wow! This must have taken some serious time investment. I'm curious how difficult it was to add new cities. Nice scenario!
