Welcome to the great state of Mississippi!

Leader: Oprah, media magnate and television personality

UA: "Magnolia State"; Receive an extra belief in your religion and +2 Gold and +2 Culture per international trade partner.

UB: Church; Replaces the Circus, and provides a little bit each of Happiness, Culture, Gold, and Faith.

UI: Cotton Plantation; a Mississippian worker can build a cotton plantation on any flat, fertile tile.

i absolutely love this and it crackles me to see oprah leading my home state! if you may, would there be a UU for mississippi/other states? perhaps the national guard for certain civs? thanks for creating this, and yes, i might agree that the cotton plantation might be a little op

Cotton plantation only seems to work on grassland. Might be a bit OP in the early game.

You could make a mod that increases the rebels that appear when the empire is unhappy, that are more difficult to kill and that can take cities. As a mix of the mods: More rebel spanw and Barbarian envolved. Destroying other civilizations through war is a bit repetitive, destabilizing a country from within is more fun.
