To get Beacon Run #8, you have to freeze enemies with ice kunai and use them as platforms.
For Concept art #12, just charge-slash through the door to hit the switch to get into the room.

1. In Above Kazakh City, if you have collected all the shown green canisters, you'll be at 80% for the area. Once you exit the gravitron orb room as seen in the map where the player is highlighted, you will gain the extra 20% automatically.
2. In the Tower, once you collect all the shown canisters, proceed as the game tells you. You'll enter a combat sequence during an "ascent." There are two more giant green canisters in the room during this sequence on the left, and right-most parts of this room (elevator thingy).
3. In the last area before the boss, after completing the ascent mentioned in my previous point, there will be two last green canisters clearly visible on your left and right. Destroy them, then hop up and begin the boss fight.
