Stacking Provoke and Enigma does make a difference, but not a huge one. My advice would be to experiment a bit. If you find yourself being targeted more often with either one or the other taken off, then you can keep them both. Otherwise, if you feel more confident you can throw the occasional attack thrown your way and feel you would benefit from an additional damage or utility ability, then use that.
I've also tested Enigma II and didn't really notice a difference versus Enigma, so don't bother spending the points for it.
Dryad Icon : This gives the same effect as Crystalline, and while it's very tough to farm these, even a few of them used judiciously can be extremely helpful.
Cookies : Obviously these help with grinding up levels, and if you can stockpile some before you start your NF run, all the better.
Promotion Items : Remember that you can use them in battle, and some of them have very helpful effects. Yes, it's incredibly time-consuming to farm them and generally impractical, but if you've got a bunch that you aren't using otherwise, you might as well make use of them if the situation is right. For instance, the Brisingamen and Evening Star (used for Riesz's Light promotions) are basically Power Up+ and Mind Up+.
Of course, I'm using a modded PC version and was able to buy a bunch of the above items from the Night Market, but they're still useful.
