You need a DirectX 9 to Vulkan translator: https://gitlab.com/Ph42oN/dxvk-gplasync/

Download the latest "release" from this link, extract it with "WinRAR" and copy the following files from the x32 folder:

d3d9.dll
dxgi.dll


Also create a file called "dxvk.conf" and open it with Notepad/Notepad++ and copy paste the following lines in it:

dxgi.maxFrameLatency = 1
d3d9.maxFrameLatency = 1
dxgi.maxFrameRate = 0
d3d9.maxFrameRate = 0


Copy paste all the 3 files i mentioned above, plus the dxvk.conf file, you created, with the command lines i mentioned inside it into your installation folder for GCI.

How to find out where the installation folder is located?

Go to your Library, right click on "Gotham City Impostors: Free to Play" and then go to properties. Then go to Local Files and click "Browse installed files" or just "Browse"

That' all.


If your PC still struggles with the game then turn down the graphic settings to absolute minimum/lowest.

Also: DON'T FORGET TO TURN VERTICAL SYNC OFF!!!
