Specimen 3 is first encountered in room 120, his room looks similar to some kind of lab, and it is a lab, you have to grab a keycard to move on, specimen 3 gets faster the more straight he goes, once he hits the player or gets attacked by the player, he will retreat for a small amount of time, then returns back to chasing the player.
