[2.8.*] Local Production - Quick 2.8 Hack

Port of Local Production to fix the mod for Necrophages.

I modified:

• common/pop_jobs/02_specialist_jobs.txt
  
• common/pop_jobs/03_worker_jobs.txt
  
• common/pop_jobs/04_gestalt_jobs.txt

as compared to the original mod to include the new Mortal Initiates, Death Chroniclers, and Death Priests; and updated them to the best of my ability to match with changes from Paradox since the mod was first released, while keeping the original mod functionality and creative direction in mind.

Necrophages and all related jobs (Death Priests; Death Chroniclers and Death Chronicler Drones (Gestalt); Necromancers; etc.) should now work again.

This mod will stay up until and only until starchitec updates the original mod. Then it will be deleted / unlisted.
