Sketchy Cargo Airlines (SC AIR) is a cargo airline banned by the EU which operate mostly in Africa, its only plane, an IL-18, was purchased from a scrapyard in the outskirts of Tbilisi in 1995 and brought back to sort of flying conditions.

Involved in 12 crash during the last 25 years it still operate regular services in Central Africa.
