I think the word you're looking for is "hyperbolic", not logarithmic.

While the values here may be correct, this is not an example of logarithmic. Logarithmic is actually better than what exponential can provide, the caveat being that it requires a massive, yet ineffectual, dump of investment before seeing results. However, after a while, it trumps whatever exponential can give you by vast amounts. This here is more asymptotic, where the values can have an initial good boost, and then peter out to a point where no future investment yields much value.
