Scarab-HL2

The Scarab-HL2 is a remix of the excellent Scarab-HL1 by jrandall (link below) for version 1.2 of Empyrion and extensively modified for CPU/Volume constraints.

The original selling point of the HL1 was its large cargo storage capacity and small profile. In the HL2, all 28 cargoboxes have been removed and replaced with a cargo controller for storing up to 10k volume. Additionally, an ammo controller was added to the back with capacity for 250 volume, more than enough for the two gatling guns, though more may be needed if the optional turret is added to the top.

A maintenance hatch was added to the top to allow access to the generator, core, detector, and wifi. It has a designated space for the T2 CPU upgrade module, which will be necessary for any additions since the HL2's CPU usage falls just under the 5k limit to be Tier 1.

One fridge was removed from the back and replaced with an O2 tank for easy filling while using the O2 station (also in the back between the cargo controllers). Additionally, fuel tanks and O2 tanks are present among the cargo extensions on each side to allow easy fuel/O2 filling without having to use the P-menu.

Like the orginal HL1, the HL2 requires only basic resources to build, can defend itself with its guns, and will serve as an excellent hand-mining companion with its large single cargo storage.
