Makes the Highwayman armed and dangerous.

What does this change?
-Highwayman now has a Glock 17, a semi-automatic pistol designed and produced by the GLOCK company in Austria, beginning production in 1982, and being sent through time or some ♥♥♥♥ to the Highwayman's hands (according to Wikipedia; you can never tell what's fact or fiction)

Replaces M, O, P, and Q skin slots.

I didn't realize it was a glock at first and I thought the text overlay was the mod.

I was convinced I was gonna get called a degenerate by Dismas and that was the mod.

*subscribes anyway*
