Better Sidearm Accuracy

This addon makes pistols and magnums much more accurate! All this does is it reduces the minimum standing spread of the magnum and pistol (it also affects the dual pistols). I did my best to make it not too accurate, so that it won't eliminate the need to crouch, however, you can now shoot zombies like how Nick does in the opening cutscene!

The stat changes are as follows:

Pistol MinStandingSpread:
Before: 1.5
After: 0.7

Magnum MinStandingSpread:
Before: 1.25
After: 0.75

IMPORTANT NOTES:

It will ONLY work in Singleplayer, if the local server host has this installed, OR if the Dedicated Server has this addon installed.

This will conflict with any addon that edits the weapon_pistol and weapon_pistol_magnum scripts!
