(You don't need to buy the hunting shotgun if you have Honest Hearts. There's one propped up against the wall in the Zion Hunting Cabin or Zion fishing ledge, either one of the two.)

Make sure you put your points into barter so you can afford ammo easier and only use 12ga guns. Use HP points and DT points, and the fast fire perk, too.
