Just copy and paste the data from that manifest into a blank text document and save it as per the youtube video into the sfm folder with the sfm.exe file as sfm.exe.manifest and follow the rest of the video

Set up SFM startup commands

and set the Windows Scaling values

Then POOF... Perfectly readable and usable in SFM."
