[WOTC] Stealth Bolt Casters

This mod adds Musashi's Stealth Overhaul mechanics to bolt casters from Alien Hunters DLC, and allows any class that can use vektor rifles or assault rifles to carry them.

In order to facilitate that Bolt casters' weapon category is changed from "rifle" to "bolt_caster", which means they will not benefit from Assault Rifle breakthroughs anymore.

Q: I don't want to use Stealth Overhaul, but I like the idea of having Reapers with bolt casters, can I use Stealth Bolt Casters just for that?
A: Yes, but you have to go through some motions first. If you try to use Stealth Bolt Casters without Stealth Overhaul your game will crash on launch. To avoid that, delete the following files or folders:
Alternatively, you can simply copy the contents of this mod's XComWeaponSkinReplacer.ini and XComWOTCOpenWeaponRestrictions.ini to configuration files from [WOTC] WSR Weapon Skin Replacer - Configuration and [WOTC] Open Class Weapon Restrictions Config respectively, and then unsubscribe from Stealth Bolt Casters altogether.
