I realized this amazing model doesn't works for new tank models :/
Now it works for The Sacrifice and Left 4 Dead 1 Tanks.

Mod requires fix, every time I loaded a campaign with it downloaded I was automatically disconnected. Apparently it has something to do with the server enforcing consistency for the file.

Type "sv_consistency 0" into the console if you're hosting a server. It should allow people without this mod to join.
