Q: Why no props on the turret?

A: Because when you operate the turret, the props on the turret won't move along with the turret but instead it'll move along with the vehicle

Q: Hey, i've subscribed your composition but it won't show up in the arma 3 launcher, why is that?

A: The reason why it won't show up in the arma 3 launcher is because it's not a mod , all my arma 3 contents are compositions so you can find it in Arma 3 editor > Composition > Steam subscribed content or you can just go to editor, press F2 and type the name of the vehicle you've subscribed.

Sorry for the late reply, was asleep, ok so, i don't know why it won't download but i do know that even if it downloaded it will not show up on the Arma 3 Launcher, you'll see it when you open the game, go to the editor and then press F2 (or just click composition on the right side of your screen) and then click "Custom" on the most right of your screen and see if you can find the name of this composition, if it doesn't, i don't know the fix, but i hope this works. :PurpleSisterHDD:
