Just rightclick to get up the pointer, then click at the switch between the tracks) and some svitches will change and direct you at a turning point. Try and see for yourself.
I think that we can go faster in tunnels in my opinion up to 70km/h.
On the road the limit is 50 km/h as per city road code for vehicles and maybe that is the reason of any speed above 50 going red on speedometer but in the tunnel we are not on the road but on proper tracks.
I don`t have a Vienna experience though so not certain but it's what I'm doing in tunnel straights.
Also there is a few signs with speed limits but they are so tiny that it's hard to spot them.

It seems that 50 km/h is the top speed but shouldn't we be allowed to go faster in the tunnel? Unfortunately the manual lacks this information.
