A custom menu to allow you to change crosshair settings ingame

Colour
Thickness
opacity

You'll need to bind this menu to a key to in order to use it, you can do this once the game is up and running by typing the following in the developer console:

bind "m" "show_menu crosshair"

Am I also able to readjust the size of the crosshairs so that it doesn’t widen when my character model starts moving? I want to make it bright red and always remain acute like that.
