And again, you need to check for the exact name as I don't remember right now how they are called. Each missing cube is for a port and starboard rotors, so you need to add the same programming block for each side. As for the 2 additional missing cubes in the 90 timer block, it's to control the front VTOLs and all you need to do is add each Front Rotors and set them to reverse (the rotors were hidden for me and had to unhide them in the control panel before I could see them in the timer block)

Hope that helps you guys. It fixed the problem for me once and for all once I did that.

For those who are encountering the Rear VTOL not turning, here is the solution.
You need to go into each of the VTOL Rear Thruster Timer Blocks (0, 90 and 190) and click Setup Actions. From there, you should see 2 cubes indicating a missing block on the bar below (4 missing cubes for the 90). You need to replace these cubes with the programming block
that mentions the Rotor Control (sorry I'm not at home right now and don't remember the exact name).

Once you add the block, it will ask to enter an argument. Again, I am not at home, so I don't have the exact name, but you need to add the Vtol's rear rotor's name followed by a ";set" and then the number for which angle the rotor needs to turn.

So the argument should be something like
VTOL Rear Port Rotor;Set 180
That example is for the 180 timer block. Change to 0 or 90 depending of which block you're in).

VTOL Thruster Timer block Rear is EMPTY!!! does nothing!?!?!?! VTOL Thruster front Turns the thrusters on and off!?!?

Nothing, it's the same ship. But, on survival servers you can't project sub-grids. Everything that is on a rotor, Piston or Hinge is considered a sub-grid. So all of those items or presented here as separate blueprints so you can make the same ship in both survival and creative environments.
