These are just 2 models of realistic train tracks, since it's just 2 models you will have to make turns and stuff like that your self.

Nothing about the tracks demanding memory has been tested, and I don't know the polycount of the tracks either but they should be highpoly since these are 3D Scans

These trains are made for scenes, not actual use of an entity or self made train.
If you were to try that then the train would just drive off the tracks or not move at all.
