I just realised, and want to adjust my mistake. You deal -15 damage to the opponent and not yourself.

I knew the carrot repaired, but that -15 thrust damage on headshot means what? You heal yourself 15 HP when stabbing an opponent or teammate in the head?

Carrot can also be found on Feitoria outside of the 2-story bar on a cart.
