Bill's Glowing Cigarette

Made in less than a couple of minutes and you probably won't notice it anyway, this adds an illumination effect to Bill's cigarette.

I know Tricky's Cherry Cig Glow exists, but that one modifies the entire head texture so it's a bit incompatible with retextures itself.

FEATURES

• Glow effect uses a separate texture mask so that it would be compatible with most Bill reskins.
  
• Burnt falling particles also glow
  
• Head texture is completely default and unmodified

OTHER NOTES
Compatible with reskins as long as bill_head.vmt isn't modified in any way.
