What does this mod do?
This mod removes the "Is Independent or a Tributary" check from all decisions, allowing subjects of any kind to form other nations.
Not only will this allow you to feed your subjects in order to make them into stronger nations, but it'll also ensure that every colony is unique, and doesn't have the horrible generic colonial ideas.

Ironman Incompatible



Subjects that can form other nations:
  • Vassals
  • Personal Unions
  • Marches
  • Client States

How does it work?
It's nothing more than a simple removal of this line from all decision files:
is_free_or_tributary_trigger = yes

I seem to have an issue with this mod whereby the Mexico colonial nation forms the Sonora tag while still a colonial nation.

Please update the mod. In 1.35 I was unable to even see the decision "Proclaim Emperor Title" as Russia, therefore I couldn't progress the missions, events and so on.

I don't know if the mod is being updated, but right now your mod is ruining the solution for England, which mona is supposed to create the Kingdom of Anjou.

Sadly I have found an issue, unable to form Scandinavia early after completing the Danish mission that allows you due to modification to the decision script, don't know if it's possible for you to fix that, otherwise thanks for the mod, cheers

Everything that this mod does still perfectly works in 1.34, but any new formables won't be affected by it.

This should still work for 1.34 right? I don't know the script or intricacies of the code but I don't think anything added on 1.34 should mess with it
