left 4 anime custom names

replaces the survivors and infected names to match the names of my mod pack "left4anime". Also this should work if you have the game on either spanish or english, I'm too lazy to keep on date 2 files imagine doing the same for all languages game is available on.

If the mod didn't work you have some options:


Option 1 (if you are using my Left 4 anime Mod Pack THAT'S ACTUALY WHY THIS ADDON WERE MADE):

- If you don't want to do the manual instalations by yourself (like have to change media, add loading, editing addons scripts config files,etc.), here is the copy of Left 4 dead 2 folder that contains the media and loading folders, gameinfo.txt, neptunia subs on english, ems files, etc:

Option 2 (this works for almost any manual instalation addon resource):

-create a new folder with whatever name you want on game directory ""Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2" in example "Loading". Then find the 2249286702.vpk in "Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop", and copy paste it on the Loading folder directory, following the example it should be "Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\Loading" and change the name of the .vpk from 2249286702.vpk to pak01_dir.vpk; and lastly (change name for your folder name) paste on the gameinfo.txt found at "Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2" the next line at SearchPaths (line 44 DON'T ERASE ANY OF THEM, JUST ADD ONE AND THEN PASTE IT):

Then play the game.


Option 3 (the old reliable):

-find the 2249286702.vpk in "Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop" , and move it to "Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons". After that restart your game and disable the workshop addon or unsuscribe to it.

Note:
Doesn't matter wich option you pick, you will have to replace the vpk again if this updates (if you want to keep it on date but I didn't updated it and already changed the packs models) and also sorry for low res screenshot my laptop is literaly at 1280p because otherwise it will explode thanks windows 11.
