1. Go to https://hawakening.com/ (or google "Hawakening" if steam doesn't show the link)


2. Click "Sign in"


3. If you don't have an account, click "Don't have an account?"
4. follow the instructions on the website.

Hello, I'm back in the game again. Can you tell me how to get other mechs in Hawakening? I can't log in to Discord due to restrictions in my country.

2025 update: Multiplayer is back is fully playable with community run servers.

That One Drolf I wonder if it has something to do with the recent announcement of Hawken Reborn. Google "Hawken Refugees Discord" they will have up to date information for you there.

I'm so annoyed with the devs and 505 for switching over to PSN just because it was easier to monetize. Ugh. At least I can play it this way.

Brilliant. It's been years since I played this game. I bought the deluxe version of the game before they made it free to play and loved it. I eventually drifted away due to other games (e.g. Elder Scrolls Online), but tried to return some time ago, only to find the game was dead; so, I'm so pleased to find this project. I do hope they are able to bring back the multiplayer part of the game; in the mean time I'll be happy to destroy some bots, lol.

Thanks for posting this. I would have not bothered if I hadn't caught your guide by accident while searching for another game in my library (Tom Hawks Pro Skating).

Do note you have to run the UE3Redist in the Binaries>Redist folder in order for the game to be correctly set up, otherwise it won't find certain files and the game will not run. Or at least that's what happened for me.

I'll give it a bash too. I'm kinda surprized that no studio has snapped up the rights to the game- surely a decent set of devs could make a better go of it with a bit more consideration given to feedback from players, and, you know, actually advertising the game instead of relying largely on word of mouth to build the playerbase :-/
