Might release a Doctors Coupe, touring version I don't find that nice looking

Can you Make a Touring Car Version?
Since a Touring Car is basicaly just a 4 door Convertible and there not really a thing anymore

Ambulance structure wouldn't fit onto the chassis imo
I'd need to design a new car to be an ambulance or pick-up
