Beskrivning

The game now rewards skillful players: when you defeat a boss without taking damage then you will get an extra Health Up item!

•All of the HP Ups have been removed from the boss pool (this also includes items like Halo and Magic Mushroom).

•You will always get atleast one item from beating a boss (usually a stat up, like Wire Coat Hanger or Wooden Spoon), but the Health Up will spawn only if you don't take damage.

•Taking damage with items like Razor Blade does not count as taking damage, so you will still get a Health Up.

•Works with There's Options (you get a choice of items)!

This mod used to be pretty good, and was a fun way to reward yourself for flawlessly defeating bosses. Now, however, because it changes item pools, it completely breaks the game. As others have said, planetariums no longer work, and I think it also interferes with the Bag of Crafting and it's recipes.

The Planetarium room added in by Repentence gets broken by this mod.

completely broken in repentance and replaces the planetarium item pool

IDEA:
Do a version of this mod, except the effect becomes a part of a passive item instead.

I'm just spitballin' here, but I think it's an interesting concept.
