I built a Google Sheet to help with getting all the available character notes for each day (I couldn't find any that had them neatly organized, as well as listing which gifts are available to purchase each day. I also decided to add a tab for tracking which fish I've caught and where fish are AVAILABLE to be caught. The sheet can be found at the link below, if you find anything that is inaccurate or have suggestions, please comment here instead of on the sheet itself. You'll need to make a copy of it in order to use or edit it.

One thing to note is that while you'll find entries for quests that add character notes, I didn't add ALL the quests in here, since they're no longer hidden, so you'll just have to keep an eye out for those green stars and exclamation points.
