If you have trouble finding the map try this (thanks to LJJ_719 [LJ]):

If you have Prop Hunt installed it won't be in the CS:S folder because it doesn't exist, so look in Prop Hunt it will be one of the few without with a screenshot.

Can also be found in Counter-Strike map category.

If you still can't find it open console and type "map de_school" or "map de_school2" If this doesn't work, the map didn't download at all.

Goes great with THIS!

NEEDS COUNTER STRIKE: SOURCE MODELS AND MATERIALS (You can download them somewhere on internet.)

Although, I highly disagree of that because it is illegal.

It probably also needs Half-Life 2 content as well.
