TopHat's Sassanids

Adds the Sassanid Empire, led by Shapur II, to the game as a custom civilization. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: BROTHER OF THE SUN AND MOON

Cities connected to the Capital yield Faith when gaining Population, scaling based on distance from the Capital. May purchase Workers and Settlers with Faith.

UNIQUE UNIT: ASWAR

Replaces the Horseman. Stronger, and may be purchased with Faith. Receives a combat bonus against Melee units.(1)

UNIQUE BUILDING: ATROSHAN

Replaces the Temple. In addition to the normal Temple benefits, the Atroshan yields +1 Food, increasing to +2 if its city is connected to the Capital. Yields a burst of Food when a Faith purchase is made in its city.

(1) Note: "Melee units" here refers to the Melee combat class, which does not include Mounted or Gunpowder units.
