Adds the United States of America under James Madison. James Madison was the 4th President of America, and lead America during the War of 1812 against the British. Although many consider America to have lost this war, this war proved America was an independent power who could hold it's own against a great civilization like the British Empire.

Hey I have a problem with this mod, whenever you settle a city, the settler doesn't disappear and units cannot physically die so a barbarian would just sit on a camp forever, I deleted everything else I had to see if it was something else other than Madison, but it still happened, Please help.

I can only build normal Privateer instead of the UU after I researched Nevigation. The Revenue-Marine Cutter was not in the tech tree. Also I could not build the frigate.
