no there is no such version because even though the interface changes are a more recent added feature to ACG, the first Aesthetic Cinematic Gameplay release already included new technologies and components.
In addition please be aware that even the oldest and meanwhile unsupported/abandoned Aesthetic Cinematic Graphics (predecessor) mod also included component + balance changes in order to being able to provide the graphical experience you probably saw in videos.
so even though some parts like the current interface might theoretically be separate-able from the current Aesthetic Cinematic Gameplay mod, you would still need many of the other balance/gameplay changes if you wanted to have an ACG graphics-experience in game because it's all connected to each other (FAQ of ACG explains it)
